Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• One year banking experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and services and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by phone and chat in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educate customers on services and cross-sell relevant products.
• Demonstrate knowledge of accounts, products, and services offered.
• Assist customers with account and service needs via phone or chat.
• Set appointments for in-person banking needs when required.
• Coordinate with branches on appointments and follow-up needs.
• Stay current on rates for CDs, savings, IRAs, and checking.
• Listen to customer needs and propose best solutions.
• Provide timely office support as time allows.
• Ensure accuracy of data entered and payment details.
