Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Greet customers warmly and provide helpful service.
• Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
• Receive deposits and loan payments; verify cash and post to systems.
• Cashes checks and sells cashier’s checks and cash advances.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance daily per policy.
• Assist with ATM maintenance and safe deposit boxes as applicable.
• Answer incoming calls and conduct follow-up for marketing and sales.
• Process check orders via the bank's ordering system.
• Open and close savings and checking accounts, CDs, IRAs, and safe boxes.
• Follow risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain customer information files.
