Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of checking, debit, and credit card products.
• Ability to work with multiple computer systems and protect customer privacy.
• Strong verbal communication and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service center calls to assist customers.
