• Resolve customer needs on their First Call by identifying root causes.
• Educate customers on BSJ products and services.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Excellent Customer Service skills

Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education

High school degree or GED
