Job summary

First Bank & Trust Co. in Duncan, OK seeks an experienced Customer Service Specialist to handle in-bound calls, assist with account inquiries, transfers, and payments.

You will support fraud victims, address questions about banking products, and ensure accurate processing of daily transactions. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, excellent attention to detail, and a reliable, customer-focused attitude with 2–5 years banking experience and proficiency in PC applications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years banking experience or equivalent knowledge in customer service, sales, admin, and bookkeeping.
• Proficient computer skills including 10-key and typing.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via inbound calls and determine customer needs for banking transactions.
• Assist with balance inquiries, transfers, loan payments, and account questions.
• Perform stop payments, wire transfers, ACH/POS maintenance, and card issues handling.
• Support online banking issues and mobile wallet card activations.
• Monitor and respond to online chats and messages; reprint statements and tax forms as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information; resolve complaints with appropriate actions.
