Coastal, a forward-thinking bank in the United States, seeks a customer relationship associate to solicit and grow new accounts while servicing existing customers. You will assess needs, promote products, and drive resolution of account issues with a focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, professional attitude with customers, prospects, and co-workers.
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• PC experience navigating Windows and using multiple applications.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure timely resolution of requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in accordance with Coastal’s Core Values.
• Interview and assess customer and non-customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Conduct phone follow up and raise customer awareness of bank products and services.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking customer needs and monthly production.
• Provide referrals to Treasury Management, Commercial, and Lending areas.
• Complete account documentation according to bank guidelines.
