Job summary

• Promotes a customer-centered culture and builds relationships by providing high level of service.
• Serves as the primary in-branch contact for deposits and basic loan transactions.
• Processes teller transactions accurately and efficiently in line with bank policies.
• May assist in training new employees and support branch leadership in their absence.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and mitigation of risk during daily operations.
