Responsibilities

• Welcome customers entering the branch and serve as a knowledgeable, approachable first point of contact.
• Assist with everyday banking needs including debit cards, PIN resets, online banking, and other digital services; process wire transfers when needed.
• Open consumer and business deposit accounts when required and assist with detailed account documentation and product referrals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all information and documentation are complete and compliant.
