Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of teller experience or equivalent cash‑handling experience.
• Experience using customer-facing transaction systems.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Proven ability to deliver professional, client‑focused service.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends.
• Ability to lift and transport coin and currency bags weighing up to 25–35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide outstanding, personalized client experience.
• Assist in the lobby and teller line to meet client needs and refer to specialists.
• Execute transactions with accuracy and efficiency while promoting products.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security and regulatory procedures.
• Open and close the branch as part of a two‑member team.
• Develop and maintain prospect leads for referrals.
