Accenture is seeking a Banking Closer responsible for managing the closing process in a mortgage setting. The role involves reviewing loan details, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting productivity goals. Candidates should have mortgage customer service experience and be prepared to work flexible hours.

The Banking Closer is responsible for performing closing calls, scheduling, signing appointments and meeting monthly productivity goals in a mortgage setting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as primary point of contact during the closing process
+ Responsible for reviewing loan approval details with applicants which includes HELOC product, rate, term, loan amount, payoffs, vesting etc.
+ Focused on achieving customer delight through successfully establishing customer rapport, setting appropriate expectations, asking probing questions, relationship deepening and executing on all commitments.
+ Ability to meet production, quality and service standards with emphasis on delivering exquisite customer service. Able to articulate difficult and/or complex information in a manner that is clear while conveying compassion to drive customer retention and sales partner confidence.
Role Requirements:
+ This position requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet business demands.
+ Hours are typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PT or 11:00 am – 6:00 pm ET depending on your location and business needs
+ While remote the individual must reside within 100 miles of the Accenture office for the posted locations
What You Need:
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience with mortgage specific customer service experience
+ Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ NMLS licensed strongly preferred, if not licensed must be able acquire license within 30 days of employment
+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
+ Self-starter that thrives in a team environment
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Professional communication both written and verbal
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
