The Banking Closer is responsible for performing closing calls, scheduling, signing appointments, and meeting monthly productivity goals in a mortgage setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact during the closing process.
2. Review loan approval details with applicants, including HELOC product, rate, term, loan amount, payoffs, vesting, etc.
3. Achieve customer delight by establishing rapport, setting expectations, asking probing questions, deepening relationships, and executing commitments.
4. Meet production, quality, and service standards, emphasizing excellent customer service. Clearly articulate complex information with compassion to enhance customer retention and sales partner confidence.

Role Requirements:

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Typical hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PT or 11:00 am – 6:00 pm ET, based on location and needs.
• Remote work is permitted if residing within 100 miles of the specified Accenture office.

What You Need:

• At least 1 year of mortgage-specific customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of general customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NMLS license preferred; if not licensed, must acquire within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Self-starter who thrives in a team setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
