Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate financial transactions and excellent service.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and more.
• Professionally refer customers to various bank departments and protect customer data.
