United Business Bank in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Client Service Representative III to handle a range of paying and receiving functions, account maintenance, and online banking support. You will balance daily transactions, assist with new accounts, and cross-sell bank products to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Teller and new account experience.
• Thorough understanding of banking products, services and operations.
• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers checks, stop payments, and wires.
• Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals.
• Open/close accounts; renew CDs; assist clients with bookkeeping and checking issues.
• Actively cross-sell the Banks products and services; accept/process online banking applications.
• Perform clerical side-jobs and assist Branch Manager/Client Service Manager as assigned.
