Job summary

Banner Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to greet clients and support sales and service activities in the branch. You will process routine transactions, handle cash with accuracy, and recommend products and digital tools to help clients reach their financial goals.

You will build strong client relationships through clear communication, multitask across duties, and adhere to policies. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with prior banking or teller experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals.
• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional service and support sales and service activities.
• Process routine financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer with accurate currency handling.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce banking products and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to partners across lending, treasury, mortgage, and investments.
• Communicate proactively to educate, resolve concerns, and strengthen loyalty.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts while ensuring policy compliance.
• Support branch lending by answering questions and preparing documentation.
