Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to serve as the welcoming face of the branch and a trusted partner for clients. You will help customers navigate financial needs, open and maintain accounts, and support lending activities.

In this role you will balance cash, process transactions, and educate clients on digital banking tools while building lasting relationships and referring opportunities across lending and investment services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales with goals.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional service and sales activities.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawer with precise handling.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and offer products and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to partners.
• Communicate proactively to educate, resolve concerns, and gather feedback.
• Hold appointments to assess client needs and provide solutions.
• Open and maintain accounts; resolve issues per policies and regulations.
• Support branch lending by answering questions and preparing documentation.
