Job summary

Morgan Automotive Group is seeking a Banking Specialist to join our Tampa, FL accounting team. You will review vendor invoices, post and reconcile manufacturer invoices, and assist in month-end closing.

• Proficiency in Excel basic formulas & VLOOKUP is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices ensuring proper approval and PO# expense to proper account; reconcile invoices to statements for batch payment no later than 20th.
• Post and reconcile Manufacturer invoices to monthly statements.
• Process check requests and allocate expenses accordingly.
• Maintain related schedules (sublet, advertising, factory) and make notes as needed.
• Post advertising budgets and verify invoices to budget.
• Perform monthly accruals as needed.
• Assist in month-end closing duties.
• Prepare and file 1099 forms annually.
