Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of six (6) months cash handling and related customer service experience required.
• Previous bank teller experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greets customers in-person and by telephone, assesses needs and routes calls.
• Receives deposits and cash withdrawals, verifies cash and endorsements, issues receipts.
• Balances cash drawer daily and maintains logs and vault accuracy.
• Cross-sells bank products and refers customers to specialists when appropriate.
• Executes routine teller duties and basic account maintenance under policies.
