Qualifications

• GED or High school diploma is required.
• 1 year cash handling experience in financial or retail.
• Ability to travel across company footprint as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions.
• Balance, locate and reconcile cash drawer discrepancies; report to supervisor.
• Open new accounts and handle client maintenance requests.
• Achieve assigned referral goals and promote Fidelity’s products/services.
• Provide customer assistance in person and over the phone.
