Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager Associate for the Hwy 281 area in San Antonio, TX. The program includes onboarding with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more, culminating in placement as a Financial Center Manager.

You will complete a structured roadmap, build deep client relationships, and learn to lead a team while aligning with our Core Values and One Bank culture.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities
• Exhibits business acumen
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions
• NMLS registration required at employment (as applicable)

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities.
• Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, processes and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Lead consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with the best banker for ongoing support.
• Coach and lead a team reinforcing core values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community activities and adhere to company policies.
