Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership by coaching, leading, and managing the team to execute initiatives effectively.
• Model and promote a positive work environment, fostering associate engagement.
• Represent the company professionally within the local market and community groups.
• Drive sales and business development through advice-driven processes, coaching, and client relationship building.
• Ensure excellent client experiences by promptly resolving issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team; lead, motivate, and evaluate team members; mentor less experienced managers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and internal controls, collaborating with operations and sales leadership.
• Lead operational efficiency, monitor metrics, control expenses, and partner with retail operations for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversee and evaluate personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, coaching, and addressing employee concerns in accordance with policies and laws.
