Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, building strong client relationships, ensuring risk controls, and driving operational excellence while managing expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to meet background credit check and S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base and promote One Team partnerships.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing retail banking center team.
• Foster compliance with bank regulations, policies, and internal controls while ensuring training completion.
• Monitor operational metrics and lead efforts to improve efficiency and control expenses.

Education

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
