Central Bank of the Midwest is seeking a Banking Center Support professional to assist banking processes and contribute to center decisions. You will build rapport with stakeholders and provide value through a wide range of support functions while engaging with customers to deliver legendary service.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, plus 2+ years in Banking/Retail Operations with demonstrated management results and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years Banking or Retail Operations experience; management experience with results.
• Public speaking or training facilitation experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Commitment to the organization's core values.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Banking Center team by assisting banking processes and contributing to center decisions.
