Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in banking field required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally in line with standards.
• Ensure branch policies are followed and risk controls observed.
• Originate deposits and cross-sell retail and digital products.
• Lead hiring, training, performance reviews and coaching of staff.
• Develop relationships and refer loans to appropriate lines.
• Represent the bank at community events and market activities.
