Job summary

You will lead the Banking Center team to deliver excellent customer service, drive deposit and consumer loan growth, and ensure operational excellence. Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of banking, financial services, sales, or related experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Banking Center to deliver strong sales and customer experience.
• Drive deposit and consumer loan growth and maintain compliance.
• Develop employees through coaching and accountability.
• Build customer relationships and Community involvement.
• Oversee operations, cash management, and audit compliance.
• Open and service personal and business deposit accounts; manage lending process.
