• Explain features and benefits of banking products/services and make suitable recommendations.
• Handle teller functions: complete transactions, balance cash drawer, and adhere to policies.
• Assist customers with safe deposit boxes, referrals, and daily end-of-day duties.
• Balance and monitor cash in ATMs and coin machines; assist with opening/closing the Banking Center.
