Texas First Bank is looking for a Client Ambassador to be the first point of contact for clients in the banking center. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process transactions, and promote bank products and services to meet client needs and community goals.

The role includes opening, maintaining, and closing accounts, supporting branch sales, and performing teller duties with accuracy and professionalism. A positive, detail-oriented team player is ideal.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to type and use a ten-key calculator.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer calls, provide information, and route inquiries.
• Perform teller duties: cash checks, deposits, withdrawals, and verify negotiability.
• Open, maintain, and close accounts using banking systems and documents.
• Promote bank products based on client needs and history.
• Handle safe deposit box and night depository services.
• Process incoming mail and related transactions.
• Support branch sales goals through referrals and service promotions.
• Open/close the banking center as needed.
