Job summary

Texas First Bank in Texas is seeking a Client Ambassador to be the first contact for clients entering the banking center. You will deliver exceptional customer service, process financial transactions, and promote bank products and services.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and committed to supporting the financial needs of our clients and community. Requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months’ cash handling/ customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type and use a ten-key calculator.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls appropriately.
• Perform teller functions including cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, and verifying negotiability of financial instruments.
• Open, maintain, and close various types of accounts using bank systems and documentation.
• Promote bank products and services based on client needs and relationship history.
• Handle safe deposit box transactions and night depository services.
• Sort and process incoming mail and execute mail transactions.
• Support branch sales goals through referrals and promotion of services such as ATM cards, direct deposit, and online banking.
• Open and close the banking center as needed.
