b1BANK is seeking a Utility Universal Banker to deliver high-quality customer service while handling transactions and needs assessment. The role focuses on developing relationships to meet bank sales goals and supports multiple locations.

The position requires a strong service mindset and collaboration across teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in personal banking or teller roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to open new accounts and refer customers to specialists

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of personal banking or teller experience.
• Knowledge of deposits, lending products, credit products, and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work in a team.
• Experience with new account openings and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customers' first point of contact and uncover opportunities to meet financial needs.
• Handle a range of banking center activities including transaction processing and new accounts sales.
• Support sales objectives by cross-selling Bank products to expand and maintain relationships.
• Assist banking center management with day-to-day transactions, including approving transactions, preparing reports, and resolving issues.
• Maintain knowledge of security policies, client confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
