Citizens Business Bank is seeking a detail-oriented cashier to support vault operations in Laguna Beach, CA. You will fill currency and coin orders, count and document cash deposits, and prepare shipments from the vault to branches or business clients.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or at least one year in a financial institution), with strong math, data-entry, and communication skills to ensure accurate processing and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or minimum of one year experience in a financial institution.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and compute rates and percentages.

Responsabilités

• Counts currency, coins, and checks received for deposit in vault.
• Totals currency and checks to verify amount on deposit slip or other form.
• Removes specified amount of currency and coins from vault and places cash in bag for shipment to business or branch bank.
• Records amount of cash shipped.
• Counts and records large denomination bills, mutilated currency, and food stamps for shipment to Federal Reserve Bank.
• Performs data entry and maintenance of analyzed accounts.
• Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
