Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of basic banking products (checking, debit, credit).
• Ability to access and manage multiple computer systems.
• Understanding of privacy regulations and customer authentication.
• Willingness to learn and complete assessments/training certificates.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service center calls to assist customers.
• Access multiple banking systems to answer questions and resolve issues.
