Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent plus 3+ years banking customer service.
• Prior or current internal work experience at Deerwood Bank preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; knowledge of bank products, services and policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and perform requested account actions.
• Defuse calls and resolve problems in customers' best interests.
• Explain banking rules and help with online/mobile banking questions.
