• 2+ years of supervisory experience and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to banking clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand goals and challenges.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations from testing.
• Deliver insights through analysis and discussion with clients and leadership.
• Oversee engagement staffing, billing and collections to meet profitability targets.
• Develop relationships internally and with clients; participate in firm learning programs.
