• Orchestrates client experience by managing client flow in person and by phone.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven service.
• Educates clients on products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Proactively schedules appointments for consumer accounts and deepening opportunities.
• Identifies needs and refers clients to appropriate specialists.
• Handles routine transactions within established limits and escalates as needed.
