Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Provide an excellent client experience and be the face of Banner Bank.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring bank products and services.
• Refer clients to other bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Maintain high reliability and punctuality.
• Sell bank products and services through in-person and phone conversations.
• Comply with policies, security requirements, and government regulations.
