Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in banking, compliance, audit, risk, financial services, payments, or fintech preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to identify patterns and dig deeper when something doesn’t look right.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fintech partners.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Growth mindset and willingness to continuously develop your fintech knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reviews of fintech programs.
• Document and communicate audit findings and observations directly with fintech partners, including follow-up and remediation tracking.
• Assist with monthly relationship reporting, including compliance trends, analysis, findings, and regulatory complaint activity.
• Support the research, review, documentation, and resolution of regulatory complaints as needed.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and partner compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT, and MRV Connect teams to identify concerns, strengthen processes, and support effective compliance oversight.

Fintech Compliance Assurance Analyst

Cape Girardeau, MO | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | Starting at $22/hr, based on experience

As our Fintech Compliance Assurance Analyst, you’ll help ensure our fintech programs are operating as expected through ongoing compliance reviews, testing, trend analysis, and partner communication.
You’ll identify findings and trends, communicate directly with fintech partners, and help make sure issues are resolved — not just identified.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work directly with fintech partners.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• A growth mindset and willingness to continuously develop your fintech and compliance knowledge.
