Randstad Digital Americas in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Agile coach to guide teams on Scrum and Agile/Waterfall principles while collaborating with stakeholders. Banking experience is required to align product delivery with regulatory and risk requirements.

The role focuses on removing impediments, promoting the Agile mindset, and strengthening governance through effective stakeholder engagement and delivery of solutions.

Formación

• Banking experience is required.
• 5+ years guiding and coaching one or more teams on Scrum and Agile/Waterfall principles.
• 5+ years in stakeholder management, including governance artifacts and feedback collection.

Responsabilidades

• This role ensures impediments are resolved quickly and the team follows agreed processes, fostering an Agile mindset and self-management.
• Promote and coach Agile principles, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and delivery.
