Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Banking Associate at an our West Peabody store. You will perform everyday banking transactions, educate customers on TD products, and provide consultative financial guidance to help customers reach their goals.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Prior teller experience is a plus; training will be provided to complete platform training after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Teller experience preferred; training on platform upon hire.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs everyday banking transactions on teller line or platform and educates customers on TD products.
• Builds trust with customers by providing educational content and consultative advice.
• Highlights TD products and services to meet customers' financial goals.
• Connects with customers and manages leads to deepen relationships and referrals.
• Ensures compliance with policy and procedures and completes required training.
• Provides outstanding customer service and supports a positive store environment.
