AppleOne is hiring Banker I, II & Senior in La Mesa, CA for full-time positions with pay up to $29/hr DOE. Roles include CSR II, CSR III, and Senior CSR III, focusing on opening and maintaining consumer and business accounts, cross-selling banking products, and delivering outstanding customer service in a community bank.

Qualifications

• Banking teller experience: 1+ year.
• Experience opening consumer accounts preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• 2+ years of banking teller experience.
• Experience opening consumer and business accounts.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
• 3+ years teller experience for Senior CSR III.
• Advanced experience opening consumer and complex business accounts.
• Strong banking compliance knowledge (BSA, Information Security).
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts
• Assist clients with checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate accounts
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
• Process teller transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
• Generate new business and referral opportunities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including BSA
• Support branch operations and customer retention efforts
