Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and standard applications, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate job-specific software to perform daily tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help at all times.
• Develop and retain the customer base, greet by name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution.
• Maintain a position of trust by keeping all customer information confidential.
• Process checks and cash deposits to savings and checking accounts with accuracy.
• Research and resolve customer issues using knowledge of the organization and provide follow-up where needed.
• Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer customers to branch colleagues or services.
• Make sales calls to clients and prospects to meet branch referral goals and document activities in Salesforce.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and adhere to security and compliance standards.
