Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer to branch partners.
• Make sales calls to clients and prospects to meet branch goals; log activities in Salesforce.
• Maintain balance and error records per policy and correct outages; seek help for complex issues.
• Follow security, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Complete required training for bank policies and procedures.
• Meet scheduled working hours and dress code; perform special projects.
