Job summary

MVSB in Wolfeboro, NH is seeking a full-time Bank Teller to provide courteous, accurate service while processing transactions, supporting customer needs, and promoting banking solutions. Starting pay begins at $20.00 per hour and is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
Prior cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, organizational and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous service to customers in person, by phone, and by email
Process teller transactions accurately while maintaining confidentiality and balancing standards
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
Follow bank policies, procedures, security practices, and applicable regulations
Stay alert to potential fraud and support a clean, organized teller area
Complete required training and perform other duties as requested
