Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
• Experience using software applications to perform customer service duties.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays.
• Must be able to travel between branch locations as needed.
• Prior bank teller experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services and promote them to customers.
• Switch between teller and customer service roles as needed.
• Complete deposits/withdrawals, account openings and maintenance for personal and business accounts.
• Provide professional customer service and generate new business referrals through needs-based inquiries.
• Respond to questions and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
