We are hiring a part-time Teller responsible for providing exceptional Member experiences with courtesy, product knowledge, accuracy, and timeliness regarding all credit union products and services.

Branch Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Closed on Saturdays!

Based on business needs, this position may require flexibility to work a varied schedule, including rotating Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months cash handling experience in retail/service industry
• 6+ months customer/member service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of savings/checking products and services
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Knowledge of branch operations and products

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately process member transactions
• Maintain cash limits, balance cash, and resolve discrepancies
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate referrals
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and educate members on channels
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, including Saturday shifts
• Follow policies, operational controls, and regulatory requirements
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Apply the Exceptional Experience Guide standards

Pay Scale: Min $16.88 / Mid $20.10 / Max $24.20 per hour. Actual pay depends on location, experience, education, and skills.
