Pathway Bank is seeking a motivated individual to join as a Bank Teller or Personal Banker. You’ll deliver friendly service, process deposits and withdrawals, and promote financial products while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

We offer training and internal growth paths, with consistent hours Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM and rotating Saturdays 8AM–11AM. Strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass a credit and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
