Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive retail and business deposits and ensure proper documentation.
• Cash checks, withdrawals, and cash advances within limits and authorized approvals.
• Operate computer to process account activity and resolve problems.
• Issue official checks and manage vault operations under supervision.
• Assist with night depository duties and cash handling duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues within authority.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff.
