Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in typing, 10-key calculator and data entry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Completion and comprehension of Southside Bank instructor led classes: New Employee Orientation, Teller Training, Teller Advanced and Professional Teller.

• Provide teller services including processing deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and change orders with accuracy.
• Maintain accuracy in handling cash and transactions; refer questionable items to supervisor.
• Provide enthusiastic, professional, and courteous service to customers and employees.
• Meet or exceed operational and sales goals, including balancing and attendance.
• Know products and services and identify cross-sell opportunities to support branch goals.
