Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months of prior customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent technology acuity & computer systems knowledge.
Ability to efficiently use multiple computer programs and systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Receive checking and savings deposits and verify cash and endorsements.
Examine checks deposited and determine funds availability based on regulations.
Process savings withdrawals and cash checks with proper identification.
Identify counterfeit currency and maintain accurate logs.
Cross-sell bank products and refer customers to appropriate departments.
Balance drawer daily and ensure teller station is stocked and compliant with policies.
