Responsibilities

• Interact with clients in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Accurately and timely process banking transactions for clients.
• Follow all cash handling procedures.
• Complete assigned regulatory training.
• Strong verbal communication in-person and over the phone.
• Accurately balance cash drawer.
• Work with Lead Teller to ensure compliance.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Identify solutions for clients problems and escalate to the appropriate staff as needed.
