You'll engage customers in meaningful conversations, identify cross-selling opportunities, and support branch operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience required.
• Availability to work on Saturdays is required.
• Position starts at $17/hr. DOE.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services to customers.
• Engage customers in conversations to identify cross-selling opportunities and refer to branch staff.
• Record referrals and customer contacts using the relationship management tool.
• Answer questions from prospects and customers and direct them to appropriate staff for complex inquiries.
• Conduct teller transactions professionally, accurately, and courteously.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow bank procedures for security and accuracy.
