Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Teller to support client transactions and frontline banking activities at branch locations in Virginia. The role emphasizes accuracy, service quality, and adherence to bank policies while maintaining cash handling and compliance standards.

The Teller will assist customers, refer to staff for product opportunities, and participate in process improvements to strengthen service delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of job procedures & tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
• Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time & lift objects up to 30lbs

Responsibilities

• Supports client transactions and ensures accurate, timely frontline banking activities.
• Delivers excellent service to bank customers and may refer customers to other staff for product sales or problem resolution.
• Coaches and supports branch teams to meet performance expectations.
• Implements process improvements to strengthen service delivery and monitors controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
